1. We have beginners joining every day. Do not be shy come and try us out. Any experience is welcomed and nobody tries to intimidate anyone here. Opposite - everyone helps each other here and makes you feel welcomed.
2. Yes. Simply go for the six month membership option. There is no commitment. But it is only beneficial to join for longer period of time - you'll get better at the art and you'll save money.
3. It does not matter what age you are. You can start anytime. We have many members much older than 40. Once again, do not be shy, come and try us out. You'll love it.
4. No you don't. But it's only that much more fun if you do.

6. Clothing requirements for Muay Thai kickboxing (MT), Boxing, Wrestling, Strength & Conditioning (S&C), Submission Wrestling, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA):
Comfortable workout clothes (e.g. shorts and a T-shirt).
Clothing Requirements for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) :
Kimono/Gi Bring Photo ID and we will lend you one.
7. Yes. Students spar a lot. If you're beginner, instructors will decide when you're ready to spar, especially inMuay Thai classes.
8. We have classes running ontwo floors, we have the best schedule in the city, and there are enough classes scheduled to practice in every martial art.
